1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a call, submitting a form, or completing a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Payment for any Aquirely service constitutes explicit acceptance of these Terms.

2. Services

Aquirely provides digital services including, but not limited to:

Website design and optimization

CRM setup and automation

AI tools, chat widgets, and lead capture systems

SMS, email, and marketing automation

Ongoing technical support and optimization

Specific deliverables vary by plan and are discussed verbally or in writing prior to purchase.

3. Payments & Billing

Fees may include one-time setup fees, recurring monthly charges, or both.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

By completing payment, you authorize Aquirely to charge the payment method provided according to your selected plan.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Unless otherwise stated:

Setup fees are non-refundable

Monthly services are billed in advance

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior charges.

No refunds are provided for partial months, completed setup work, or services already rendered.

Refunds, if any, are granted solely at Aquirely’s discretion.

5. No Guarantees

Aquirely does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

Revenue increases

Lead volume

Conversion rates

Search engine rankings

Results depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information

Supplying access credentials when required

Maintaining compliance with applicable laws

Reviewing deliverables and communications

Delays caused by missing access or information are not the responsibility of Aquirely.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aquirely shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Aquirely in the preceding 30 days.

8. SMS Communications

By submitting your information and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Aquirely, including:

Service notifications

Appointment reminders

Promotional messages (when applicable)

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Modifications

Aquirely reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
